Some things are easier to write when nobody knows your name.
Leave a Message Your words matter. Always.
Some days
I just need
to feel it.I’m learning
to choose
myself again.What is sitting
in your heart
today?Grateful for
the pages
that held me.The healing
isn’t linear,
and that’s okay.

You are not too much. You are a poem
still becoming.
